This single bag dust collector adopts the technology of blowing and cleaning each filter bag with a large - flow pulse valve (0.5 - 0.7MPa). Compared with other domestic single machines, it has the characteristics of large dust - cleaning kinetic energy and high dust - cleaning efficiency. Moreover, it is small in size, light in weight, simple and compact in structure, easy to install and convenient to maintain (external filtration type). It is widely used in the dust - containing gas purification treatment systems of industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, and ultra - fine powder processing of non - metallic minerals. It is an ideal equipment for environmental protection dust removal.
HMC Type Single Pulse Bag Dust Collector Working Principle:
The dust - containing gas enters the filter chamber through the ash hopper (or the lower open flange). Coarser particles fall directly into the ash hopper or ash bin, while the dust - containing gas with finer particles rises to the surface of the filter bag. After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag, and the gas is purified.The gas after [the relevant process] enters the clean air chamber through the bag mouth and is discharged into the atmosphere by the system fan. As the filtration continues, the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag increases continuously. When the equipment resistance rises to the set value (generally 1200Pa ), the time relay (or differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the program controller starts to work. It opens the pulse valves in sequence, allowing the high-pressure compressed air to be instantaneously sprayed into the filter bag at high speed through the nozzles of the row spray pipe. The high-speed reverse airflow causes the filter bag to suddenly expand, and the dust attached to the bag surface falls off into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged through the flap valve or the ash conveying mechanism. During the back-blowing dust cleaning process, the single-row filter bags are sprayed in turn, while the other filter bags are still in the filtration state.
