1. Introduction
Galvanized steel pipe is carbon steel pipe coated with zinc layer inside and outside via hot-dip galvanizing process. Based on sacrificial anode anti-corrosion principle, it effectively isolate steel substrate from moisture, soil and salt fog. Featured with high mechanical strength and long rust-proof service life, widely used for low-pressure fluid transportation, construction structure, fire fighting, scaffolding and solar brackets.Our main products: hot-dip galvanized welded pipe & seamless pipe. 2. Product Classification
By Pipe Forming
Hot-dip galvanized welded pipe: Q235B ERW pipe, full sizes DN15-DN300, cost-effective for water, gas, scaffolding.
Hot-dip galvanized seamless pipe: hot pierced blank, no weld line, higher pressure resistance for chemical & municipal pipeline.
By Galvanizing Technology (HDG as primary)
Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG): Pipe degreasing → pickling → flux coating → dipped in 450℃ molten zinc → passivation. Zinc coating ≥275g/㎡, thick alloy layer with strong adhesion, service life 30-50 years for underground & outdoor use.
Electro-Galvanizing (EG): thin zinc layer, only for dry indoor environment, not recommended for corrosive working condition.
3. Material Grade
Q215A/B, Q235A/B, Q355B; Yield strength ≥235MPa, tensile strength 375-500MPa.

Chinese Standard: GB/T 3091-2015, GB/T 13912-2020, GB/T 8163-2018International Standard: ASTM A53 Grade A/B, BS 1387, ISO 65

9. Delivery & Business Terms
Packing: bundled with plastic end caps for small size, straw wrapping for large OD pipes.
Loading Port: Tianjin Port, 40HC container shipment.
Lead time: 5-7 days for stock items, 10-15 days for mass customized order.
Payment Term: 30% TT deposit, balance against copy of B/L, LC not acceptable.
MOQ: 2 tons per size, better price for full container load.
