Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for wood chips is a high-wear-resistant anti-corrosion continuous drying equipment tailored for wood chips, wood shavings and wood pellet production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no wood chip residue and excellent high-temperature wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture fresh wood chips, fully meeting biomass fuel and wood processing environmental protection standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no wood chip pollution, uniform moisture and stable combustion performance in modern wood chip production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture wood chip raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed feeding port, and the built-in wear-resistant anti-blocking stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the high-temperature clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the wood chips is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried wood chip products that meet the fuel moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-clogging discharging end, completing the continuous wood chip drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not produce corrosion reaction with wood chip raw materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as wood chip caking, spontaneous combustion and equipment wear and perforation.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted wood chip processing exclusive advantages. The high-wear-resistant stainless steel structure can resist the long-term scouring of high-hardness wood chip raw materials, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel wood chip dryers. The multi-stage adjustable high-temperature drying mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of raw materials from 60% to below 12%, significantly improving the combustion efficiency of finished wood chip fuel. The fully enclosed dust removal and environmental protection design effectively reduces the overflow of wood chip dust, meeting the strict environmental protection emission requirements of wood processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 800 tons according to the actual wood chip production scale of users.
