Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for limestone is a high-wear-resistant anti-corrosion continuous drying equipment tailored for limestone powder, limestone granules and other limestone processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no limestone residue and excellent high-temperature wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture freshly mined limestone, fully meeting building materials, chemical industry and metallurgy processing standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no limestone pollution, uniform moisture and stable product quality in modern limestone production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture limestone raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed feeding port, and the built-in wear-resistant anti-blocking stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the limestone materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the limestone is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried limestone products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-clogging discharging end, completing the continuous limestone drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be worn or corroded by limestone, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as limestone caking, equipment abrasion and material pollution.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted limestone processing exclusive advantages. The high-wear-resistant stainless steel structure can resist the long-term scouring of high-hardness limestone materials, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel limestone dryers. The multi-stage adjustable high-temperature drying mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of raw limestone from 12% to below 0.5%, meeting the strict moisture requirements of cement, desulfurizer and other industries. The fully enclosed dust removal design effectively reduces limestone dust overflow, meeting the environmental protection requirements of limestone processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 20 tons to 1000 tons according to the actual limestone production scale of users.
