Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for clay is a high-wear-resistant anti-pollution continuous drying equipment tailored for ceramic clay, bentonite clay and other clay processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no clay residue and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture raw clay, fully meeting the strict standards of ceramics, building materials and other industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no clay pollution, uniform moisture and stable plasticity in modern clay production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture raw clay to be dried is fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in self-cleaning anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously break up and scatter the viscous clay materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the clay is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise gradient temperature control zones, and the dried clay products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous clay drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded by clay, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as clay caking, plasticity degradation and equipment abrasion.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted clay processing exclusive advantages. The anti-corrosion stainless steel structure can resist the long-term erosion of various clay raw materials, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel clay dryers. The multi-stage precise temperature control mode can accurately control the drying temperature, effectively retaining the unique plasticity and processability of clay. The fully enclosed dust removal design effectively reduces clay dust overflow, meeting the strict environmental protection emission requirements of clay processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 800 tons according to the actual clay production scale of users.
