Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for compost is a high-corrosion-resistant anti-caking continuous drying equipment tailored for fermented organic compost, agricultural waste compost and other compost production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no compost residue and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture freshly fermented compost, fully meeting organic fertilizer production and environmental protection standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no compost pollution, uniform moisture and stable fertilizer efficiency in modern compost production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture fermented compost to be dried is fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in self-cleaning anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously break up and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the compost is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried compost products that meet the organic fertilizer moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous compost drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded by weakly acidic fermented compost, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as compost sticking to the drum, nutrient loss and equipment perforation.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted compost production exclusive advantages. The anti-corrosion stainless steel structure can resist the long-term erosion of fermented compost, and the service life is far longer than that of ordinary carbon steel compost dryers. The multi-stage low-temperature constant temperature drying mode maximizes the retention of active organic matter and microbial activity in compost, avoiding nutrient destruction. It is equipped with a multi-stage dust removal system, which effectively meets the strict environmental protection emission requirements of compost production plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 1000 tons according to the actual compost production scale of users.
