Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for gypsum is a high-wear-resistant anti-caking continuous drying equipment tailored for phosphogypsum, titanium gypsum, desulfurized gypsum and other gypsum processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no gypsum residue and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture industrial by-product gypsum, fully meeting building materials and gypsum product processing standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no gypsum pollution, uniform moisture and stable crystal form in modern gypsum production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture gypsum raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in self-cleaning anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously break up and scatter the gypsum materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the gypsum is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise gradient temperature control zones, and the dried gypsum products that meet the building material gypsum moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous gypsum drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded by acidic industrial gypsum, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as gypsum caking, crystal form damage and equipment perforation.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted gypsum processing exclusive advantages. The anti-corrosion stainless steel structure can resist the long-term erosion of various industrial by-product gypsum, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel gypsum dryers. The multi-stage precise temperature control mode can accurately control the gypsum dehydration degree, ensuring that the finished product meets the requirements of building gypsum and high-strength gypsum. The fully enclosed dust removal design effectively reduces gypsum dust overflow, meeting the strict environmental protection emission requirements of gypsum processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 800 tons according to the actual gypsum production scale of users.
