Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for silica sand is a high-wear-resistant anti-pollution continuous drying equipment tailored for quartz silica sand, high-purity silica sand and other silica sand processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no silica sand residue and excellent high-temperature wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture wet silica sand, fully meeting high-purity silica sand processing standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no silica sand pollution, uniform moisture and stable purity in modern silica sand production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture wet silica sand to be dried is fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed feeding port, and the built-in wear-resistant anti-blocking stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the silica sand materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the silica sand is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried silica sand products that meet the high-purity silica sand moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-clogging discharging end, completing the continuous silica sand drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not introduce impurity pollution to high-purity silica sand, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as silica sand purity decline, equipment abrasion and material caking.

This equipment has multiple targeted silica sand processing exclusive advantages. The high-wear-resistant stainless steel structure can resist the long-term scouring of high-hardness silica sand, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel silica sand dryers. The fully enclosed non-pollution design completely avoids the mixing of iron impurities, ensuring that the finished silica sand meets the high-purity standards for glass, photovoltaic and other industries. The multi-stage adjustable drying mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of wet silica sand from 15% to below 0.3%. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 800 tons according to the actual silica sand production scale of users.
