Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for quartz sand is a high-wear-resistant anti-impurity continuous drying equipment tailored for high-purity quartz sand, industrial quartz sand and other quartz sand processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of 304/316L stainless steel, with no iron impurity precipitation, no quartz sand residue and excellent high-temperature wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture wet quartz sand, fully meeting the strict standards of photovoltaic, glass and high-end casting industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no quartz sand pollution, uniform moisture and stable purity in modern quartz sand production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture wet quartz sand to be dried is fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed feeding port, and the built-in polished wear-resistant stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the quartz sand materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the quartz sand is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried quartz sand products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-clogging discharging end, completing the continuous quartz sand drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not introduce impurity pollution to high-purity quartz sand, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as quartz sand purity decline, equipment abrasion and material caking.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted quartz sand processing exclusive advantages. The high-wear-resistant stainless steel structure can resist the long-term scouring of high-hardness quartz sand, and the service life is far longer than that of ordinary carbon steel quartz sand dryers. The fully enclosed non-pollution design completely avoids the mixing of iron impurities, ensuring that the finished quartz sand meets the high-purity requirements of photovoltaic and optical glass industries. The multi-stage adjustable drying mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of wet quartz sand from 15% to below 0.3%. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 800 tons according to the actual quartz sand production scale of users.
