Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for sand is a high-wear-resistant anti-corrosion continuous drying equipment tailored for river sand, quartz sand, construction sand and other sand material drying scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no sand residue and excellent high-temperature wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture wet sand, fully meeting industrial sand processing standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no sand pollution, uniform moisture and stable product quality in modern sand production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture wet sand to be dried is fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed feeding port, and the built-in wear-resistant anti-blocking stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the sand materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the high-temperature clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the sand is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried sand products that meet the industrial sand moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-clogging discharging end, completing the continuous sand drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be worn or corroded by high-hardness sand, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as sand caking, equipment abrasion and material pollution.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted sand processing exclusive advantages. The high-wear-resistant stainless steel structure can resist the long-term scouring of high-hardness sand materials, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel sand dryers. The multi-stage adjustable high-temperature drying mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of wet sand from 20% to below 0.5%, meeting the strict moisture requirements of dry-mix mortar and precision casting sand. The fully enclosed dust removal design effectively reduces sand dust overflow, meeting the environmental protection requirements of sand processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 20 tons to 1000 tons according to the actual sand production scale of users.
