Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for kaolin is a high-pollution-prevention anti-corrosion continuous drying equipment tailored for kaolin raw ore, refined kaolin powder and other kaolin processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel, with no iron impurity precipitation, no kaolin residue and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture kaolin, fully meeting the strict standards of ceramics, papermaking and coating industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no kaolin pollution, uniform moisture and stable whiteness in modern kaolin production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture kaolin raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the viscous kaolin materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the kaolin is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise gradient temperature control zones, and the dried kaolin products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous kaolin drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not introduce iron impurities to kaolin, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as kaolin whiteness decline, material caking and equipment abrasion.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted kaolin processing exclusive advantages. The high-purity non-pollution stainless steel structure completely avoids iron impurity mixing, ensuring that the finished kaolin meets the high whiteness requirements of papermaking and coating industries. The multi-stage precise temperature control mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of raw kaolin from 35% to below 1%, and the drying process will not damage the unique physical properties of kaolin. The fully enclosed dust removal design effectively reduces kaolin dust overflow, meeting the strict environmental protection emission requirements of kaolin processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 700 tons according to the actual kaolin production scale of users.
