Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for activated carbon is a high-pollution-prevention anti-corrosion continuous drying equipment tailored for granular activated carbon, powdered activated carbon and other activated carbon production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with no impurity precipitation, no activated carbon residue and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture activated carbon semi-finished products, fully meeting the strict standards of environmental protection, chemical industry and water treatment fields. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no activated carbon pollution, uniform moisture and stable adsorption performance in modern activated carbon production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture activated carbon semi-finished products to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in non-dead-angle anti-wear stainless steel lifting plates gently turn and scatter the porous activated carbon materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the activated carbon is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage low-temperature gradient temperature control zones, and the dried activated carbon products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-abrasion discharging end, completing the continuous activated carbon drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not introduce impurity pollution to activated carbon, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as activated carbon pore blockage, adsorption performance degradation and equipment abrasion.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted activated carbon production exclusive advantages. The high-purity non-pollution stainless steel structure completely avoids impurity mixing, ensuring that the finished activated carbon maintains a high specific surface area and excellent adsorption performance. The multi-stage low-temperature constant temperature drying mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of activated carbon semi-finished products from 50% to below 5%, and will not damage the unique porous structure of activated carbon. The fully enclosed dust recovery design effectively collects fine activated carbon dust, no material loss and meets the strict environmental protection emission requirements of activated carbon production plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 500 tons according to the actual activated carbon production scale of users.
