Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for bentonite is a high-corrosion-resistant anti-caking continuous drying equipment tailored for sodium-based bentonite, calcium-based bentonite and other bentonite processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no bentonite residue and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture raw bentonite, fully meeting the strict standards of metallurgy, chemical industry and environmental protection fields. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no bentonite pollution, uniform moisture and stable expansion performance in modern bentonite production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture raw bentonite to be dried is fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in self-cleaning anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously break up and scatter the viscous bentonite materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the bentonite is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise gradient temperature control zones, and the dried bentonite products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous bentonite drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded by bentonite, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as bentonite caking, performance degradation and equipment abrasion.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted bentonite processing exclusive advantages. The anti-corrosion stainless steel structure can resist the long-term erosion of bentonite raw materials, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel bentonite dryers. The multi-stage precise temperature control mode can accurately control the drying temperature, effectively retaining the unique expansion and adsorption properties of bentonite. The fully enclosed dust removal design effectively reduces bentonite dust overflow, meeting the strict environmental protection emission requirements of bentonite processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 600 tons according to the actual bentonite production scale of users.
