Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for sewage sludge is a high-corrosion-resistant anti-sticking continuous drying equipment tailored for municipal sewage sludge, industrial sewage sludge and other sewage sludge treatment scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of 316L anti-corrosion stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no sewage sludge residue and excellent resistance to acid, alkali and salt erosion. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture viscous sewage sludge, fully meeting sludge reduction and environmental protection discharge standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no secondary pollution, stable moisture control and harmless treatment in modern sewage sludge treatment lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed anti-corrosion stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture viscous sewage sludge to be dried is fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in self-cleaning anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously break up and scatter the sludge as the drum rotates, making it fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the sewage sludge is efficiently and quickly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried sludge products that meet the reduction treatment standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous sewage sludge drying process. The all-anti-corrosion material contact system will not be corroded by complex components in sewage sludge, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as sludge sticking to the drum, peculiar smell overflow and equipment perforation.

This equipment has multiple targeted sewage sludge treatment exclusive advantages. The 316L anti-corrosion stainless steel structure can resist the long-term erosion of various corrosive components in sewage sludge, and the service life is more than 3 times that of ordinary carbon steel sewage sludge dryers. The self-cleaning anti-sticking design completely solves the common problem of viscous sewage sludge sticking to the drum, and the drying efficiency is increased by 40%. The fully enclosed deodorization and dust removal configuration effectively meets the strict environmental protection emission requirements of sewage sludge treatment plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 1200 tons according to the actual sewage sludge treatment scale of users.
