Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for sawdust is a high-wear-resistant anti-clogging continuous drying equipment tailored for sawdust, wood flour and biomass pellet production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no sawdust residue and excellent high-temperature wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture fresh sawdust, fully meeting biomass fuel and wood processing environmental protection standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no sawdust pollution, uniform moisture and stable combustion performance in modern sawdust production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture sawdust raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed feeding port, and the built-in anti-blocking anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the fine sawdust materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the high-temperature clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the sawdust is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried sawdust products that meet the fuel moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-clogging discharging end, completing the continuous sawdust drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not produce corrosion reaction with sawdust raw materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as sawdust caking, dust explosion risk and equipment wear and perforation.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted sawdust processing exclusive advantages. The high-wear-resistant stainless steel structure can resist the long-term scouring of fine sawdust raw materials, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel sawdust dryers. The multi-stage adjustable high-temperature drying mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of raw materials from 65% to below 10%, significantly improving the forming rate and combustion efficiency of subsequent sawdust pellets. The fully enclosed dust explosion-proof design effectively reduces the overflow of fine sawdust dust, meeting the strict safety and environmental protection requirements of sawdust processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 600 tons according to the actual sawdust production scale of users.
