Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for organic waste is a high-corrosion-resistant anti-odor continuous drying equipment tailored for kitchen waste, agricultural organic residues and other organic waste treatment scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of 304/316L food-grade stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no organic waste residue and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture perishable organic waste, fully meeting organic waste reduction and resource utilization standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no secondary pollution, stable moisture control and harmless treatment in modern organic waste treatment lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed anti-corrosion stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture perishable organic waste to be dried is fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in self-cleaning anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously break up and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the organic waste is efficiently and quickly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried materials that meet the subsequent resource utilization standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous organic waste drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded by easily decomposed acidic organic waste, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material sticking to the drum, peculiar smell overflow and equipment perforation.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted organic waste treatment exclusive advantages. The anti-corrosion stainless steel structure can resist the long-term erosion of easily decomposed organic waste, and the service life is far longer than that of ordinary carbon steel organic waste dryers. The self-cleaning anti-sticking design completely solves the common problem of viscous organic waste sticking to the drum, and the drying efficiency is significantly improved. The fully enclosed deodorization and dust removal configuration effectively meets the strict environmental protection emission requirements of organic waste treatment plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 800 tons according to the actual organic waste treatment scale of users, and can be equipped with PLC automatic control system as an option.
