Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for biomass is a high-temperature-resistant anti-corrosion continuous drying equipment tailored for wood chips, straw, biomass pellets and other biomass fuel production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no biomass residue and excellent high-temperature wear resistance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture fresh biomass raw materials, fully meeting biomass fuel processing and environmental protection emission standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no biomass pollution, uniform moisture and stable combustion performance in modern biomass production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture biomass raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed feeding port, and the built-in wear-resistant anti-blocking stainless steel lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the high-temperature clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the biomass is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried biomass products that meet the fuel moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-clogging discharging end, completing the continuous biomass drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not produce corrosion reaction with acidic biomass raw materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as biomass caking, spontaneous combustion and equipment wear and perforation.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted biomass production exclusive advantages. The high-wear-resistant stainless steel structure can resist the long-term scouring of high-fiber biomass raw materials, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel biomass dryers. The multi-stage adjustable high-temperature drying mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of raw materials from 50% to below 15%, significantly improving the combustion efficiency of finished biomass fuel. The fully enclosed dust removal and environmental protection design effectively reduces the overflow of biomass dust, meeting the strict environmental protection emission requirements of biomass processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 1000 tons according to the actual biomass production scale of users.
