Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for animal feed is a high-sanitary anti-corrosion continuous drying equipment tailored for livestock and poultry feed, aquatic feed and other animal feed production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no feed residue and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture fermented feed, grain-based feed and various feed raw materials, fully meeting national feed safety production standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no feed pollution, uniform moisture and stable product quality in modern animal feed production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a low-noise heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture feed raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the feed is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise temperature control zones, and the dried animal feed products that meet the national feed moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous feed drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not produce pollution reaction with various acidic and alkaline feed raw materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as feed mildew, nutrient loss and equipment corrosion.

This equipment has multiple targeted animal feed production exclusive advantages. The food-grade stainless steel structure completely meets the strict feed safety production requirements, and the inner cavity has no dead corners, effectively preventing feed residue and cross-contamination between different feed formulas. The multi-stage adjustable temperature control mode can adapt to the drying requirements of various feeds such as conventional livestock and poultry feed, special pet feed and high-protein aquatic feed, avoiding feed nutrient destruction. The large-capacity continuous operation design can efficiently handle the centralized drying demand of large-scale feed production lines, and the finished feed has uniform moisture and excellent storage stability. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 1000 tons according to the actual animal feed production scale of users.
