Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for fish meal is a high-corrosion-resistant odor-locking continuous drying equipment tailored for aquatic product processing, animal feed and other fish meal production scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of 316L anti-salt-corrosion stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no fish meal residue and excellent resistance to fish oil and salt erosion. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of high-moisture fresh fish leftovers, fermented fish raw materials, fully meeting national feed safety and aquatic product processing standards. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no fish meal pollution, low oil oxidation rate and stable product quality in modern fish meal production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed anti-corrosion stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture fish meal raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a closed feeding port, and the built-in polished non-dead-angle anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the fish meal is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise gradient temperature control zones, and the dried fish meal products that meet the national feed grade fish meal moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous fish meal drying process. The all-anti-corrosion material contact system will not produce corrosion reaction with high-salt and high-oil fish meal, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as fish meal deterioration, oil oxidation and equipment perforation.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted fish meal production exclusive advantages. The 316L anti-salt-corrosion stainless steel structure completely resists the long-term erosion of high-concentration brine and fish oil, and the service life is more than 3 times that of ordinary carbon steel fish meal dryers. The multi-stage low-temperature constant temperature drying mode maximizes the retention of fish meal protein content, avoiding fish oil oxidation and nutrient loss. The fully enclosed odor-locking operation design effectively reduces the overflow of fishy odor, meeting the environmental protection requirements of aquatic product processing plants. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 500 tons according to the actual fish meal production scale of users.
