Product Introduction
This 120 tpd rotary dryer for sawdust and wood chips mixture is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for mixed wood material processing scenarios. It adopts a special grading and uniform drying structure adapted to the characteristics of different particle sizes of sawdust and wood chips, with a daily processing capacity of 120 tons of wet sawdust and wood chips mixture. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to the stable 8%~12% required for subsequent processing at one time, and the dried mixed materials can be directly used for biomass pellet, density board, biomass fuel processing and other scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the stable quality of mixed wood materials.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet sawdust and wood chips mixture is fed into the inner cylinder, and the materials of different particle sizes are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in grading lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the mixed materials is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones, and the dried materials that meet the moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 120-ton daily continuous drying process.

The special grading lifting structure solves the problem of uneven drying of mixed materials with different particle sizes, and the moisture uniformity of finished materials is greatly improved. The multi-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of mixed materials by more than 30% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The heavy-duty wear-resistant structure effectively resists the abrasion of wood chips, and the service life of the equipment is more than 35% longer than that of ordinary models. The 120-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large wood comprehensive processing plants.
