Product Introduction
This 70 tpd rotary dryer for coconut pith briquetting is a professional medium-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for coconut pith deep processing and briquetting forming scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature non-damaging and anti-caking drying structure adapted to the characteristics of high hygroscopicity, easy agglomeration and strict moisture control requirements of coconut pith, with a daily processing capacity of 70 tons of wet coconut pith raw materials. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~68% to the stable 10%~14% required for subsequent high-density briquetting at one time, and the dried coconut pith can be directly sent to the briquetting press to produce high-density coconut pith fuel blocks, horticultural compressed substrates and other products. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high forming rate and stable quality of coconut pith briquettes.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a stable frequency-conversion transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet coconut pith raw materials are fed into the inner cylinder, and the materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-caking soft lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the low-temperature clean hot air flow. The moisture in the coconut pith is gently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage constant temperature zones, and the dried materials that meet the briquetting moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 70-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 70 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for coconut pith briquetting. The low-temperature drying system effectively avoids the decomposition of coconut pith internal fiber nutrients, and the product quality meets the export-grade compressed substrate standards. The anti-caking structure completely solves the problem of material agglomeration and uneven drying easily caused by high-hygroscopicity coconut pith. The multi-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of coconut pith by more than 24% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 70-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of medium-sized coconut deep processing enterprises.
