Product Introduction
This 150 tpd rotary dryer for sawmill waste recycling plant is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for large-scale sawmill waste centralized recycling scenarios. It adopts a heavy-duty full anti-fiber-winding and high-wear-resistance structure adapted to the complex characteristics of mixed sawmill waste (barks, sawdust, leftover wood shavings etc.), with a daily processing capacity of 150 tons of wet raw sawmill waste. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~70% to below 15% at one time, and the dried materials can be directly used for biomass fuel, density board, biomass pellet processing and other high-value utilization scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to support the full recycling of sawmill production leftover waste.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet mixed sawmill waste is fed into the inner cylinder, and the complex mixed materials of different textures and particle sizes are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in combined anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried materials that meet the subsequent processing standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 150-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 150 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for sawmill waste recycling plant. The 150-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the waste output rhythm of large and medium-sized sawmills, realizing on-site full recycling of production leftover materials. The heavy-duty wear-resistant structure effectively resists the abrasion of hard impurities in sawmill waste, and the service life of the equipment is more than 35% longer than that of ordinary models. The special anti-high-fiber-winding structure completely avoids the material clogging problem easily caused by mixed sawmill waste. The multi-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of waste by more than 30% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers.
