Product Introduction
This 90 tpd rotary dryer for tree bark and shavings drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for mixed bark and wood shavings processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-fiber-winding and uniform drying structure adapted to the characteristics of different fiber contents and particle sizes of mixed bark and shavings, with a daily processing capacity of 90 tons of wet mixed raw materials. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to the stable 10%~15% required for subsequent processing at one time, and the dried mixed materials can be directly used for biomass fuel, landscaping mulch, biomass pellet processing and other scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to realize the efficient utilization of mixed forestry waste.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced three-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet mixed bark and shavings are fed into the inner cylinder, and the materials of different sizes are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the mixed materials is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones, and the dried materials that meet the moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 90-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 90 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for mixed bark and shavings drying. The special anti-fiber-winding structure effectively avoids the material clogging problem easily caused by high-fiber mixed materials. The three-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of mixed materials by more than 26% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 90-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of medium-large forestry waste comprehensive treatment plants. The equipment supports customized configuration, and can be matched with different clean heat sources and dust removal systems according to actual production needs.
