Product Introduction
This 100 tpd rotary dryer for bamboo chips and sawdust blend is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for bamboo processing leftover mixed material utilization scenarios. It adopts a high-wear-resistance and uniform drying structure adapted to the characteristics of high hardness, high silicon content and different particle sizes of bamboo chips and sawdust blend, with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons of wet mixed raw materials. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 48%~62% to the stable 8%~12% required for subsequent processing at one time, and the dried blend can be directly used for bamboo-based panel, biomass pellet, bamboo charcoal processing and other high-value utilization scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the stable quality of bamboo processing mixed materials.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty three-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet bamboo chips and sawdust blend is fed into the inner cylinder, and the materials of different hardness and particle sizes are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in high-wear-resistance grading lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the blend is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage constant temperature zones, and the dried materials that meet the processing moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 100-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 100 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for bamboo chips and sawdust blend drying. The high-wear-resistance structural parts effectively resist the abrasion of high-silicon bamboo chips, and the service life of the equipment is more than 30% longer than that of ordinary wood material dryers. The grading lifting structure solves the problem of uneven drying of mixed materials with different particle sizes, and the moisture uniformity of finished products is greatly improved. The three-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of blend by more than 28% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 100-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large bamboo comprehensive processing plants.
