Product Introduction
This 60 tpd rotary dryer for wood waste and leaf mixture is a professional medium-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for mixed forestry waste resource utilization scenarios. It adopts a special anti-flying, anti-winding and uniform drying structure adapted to the characteristics of different textures and particle sizes of wood waste and leaf mixture, with a daily processing capacity of 60 tons of wet mixed raw materials. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to below 12% at one time, and the dried finished mixture can be directly used for subsequent biomass fuel, organic fertilizer processing and other scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to realize the harmless and resourceful treatment of mixed forestry waste.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced three-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a stable high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet wood waste and leaf mixture is fed into the inner cylinder, and the materials of different textures are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-flying and anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the mixed materials is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones, and the dried materials that meet the moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 60-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 60 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for wood waste and leaf mixture drying. The special anti-flying and anti-winding structure effectively avoids the flying loss of light leaves and the winding clogging of high-fiber wood waste, and the material yield is significantly improved. The three-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of mixed materials by more than 24% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The equipment runs stably with low failure rate, and can support 24-hour continuous operation. The fully enclosed operation has no dust overflow, which meets strict environmental protection emission standards.
