Product Introduction
This 100 tpd rotary dryer for agricultural and wood waste blend is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for mixed agricultural and forestry waste collaborative treatment scenarios. It adopts a multi-mode adaptive drying structure adapted to the complex characteristics of mixed materials (crop straw, fruit shells, sawdust, barks etc.) with large differences in texture and moisture, with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons of wet mixed raw materials. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to the stable 10%~15% required for subsequent processing at one time, and the dried materials can be directly used for biomass fuel, organic fertilizer, biomass pellet processing and other scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to realize the efficient collaborative utilization of agricultural and wood waste.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque frequency-conversion transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet agricultural and wood waste blend is fed into the inner cylinder, and the mixed materials with different properties are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in multi-type combined lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the gradient temperature-controlled hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage adaptive temperature zones, and the dried materials that meet the subsequent processing standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 100-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 100 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for agricultural and wood waste blend drying. The adaptive temperature control system automatically adjusts the heat supply according to the material proportion, effectively solving the problem of uneven drying of mixed materials with large property differences. The multi-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of mixed materials by more than 27% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The equipment has strong material adaptability, can stably cope with various proportion changes of agricultural and wood waste, and the 100-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of medium-sized agricultural and forestry waste comprehensive treatment stations.
