Product Introduction
This 150 tpd rotary dryer for bamboo residue processing is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for bamboo processing leftover residue resource utilization scenarios. It adopts a high-wear-resistance and anti-silica-scaling structure adapted to the characteristics of high silicon content, high fiber toughness and complex components of bamboo processing residues, with a daily processing capacity of 150 tons of wet bamboo residues. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 52%~65% to the stable 8%~13% required for subsequent processing at one time, and the dried materials can be directly used for bamboo-based panel, biomass pellet, bamboo charcoal, edible fungus substrate processing and other high-value utilization scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to support the large-scale and efficient utilization of bamboo processing waste.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet bamboo residues are fed into the inner cylinder, and the high-fiber and high-silicon materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in high-wear-resistance special lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the constant-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the residues is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried bamboo residues that meet the subsequent processing standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 150-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 150 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for bamboo residue processing. The high-wear-resistance structural parts effectively resist the abrasion of high-silicon bamboo residues, and the service life of the equipment is more than 40% longer than that of ordinary wood material dryers. The anti-silica-scaling design avoids the material adhesion and scaling problem easily caused by bamboo residues, ensuring long-term stable operation. The multi-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of bamboo residues by more than 32% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 150-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the waste output rhythm of large bamboo product processing clusters.
