Product Introduction
This 80 tpd rotary dryer for coco peat and wood fiber drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for coco peat and wood fiber mixed material processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-caking and anti-fiber-winding structure adapted to the characteristics of high hygroscopicity, easy caking and high fiber content of the mixed materials, with a daily processing capacity of 80 tons of wet raw materials. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~70% to the stable 10%~15% required for subsequent processing at one time, and the dried finished materials can be directly used for soilless culture substrate, high-density board, greening covering material processing and other high-value scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the stable quality of coco peat and wood fiber products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet coco peat and wood fiber mixture is fed into the inner cylinder, and the materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-caking and anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the clean hot air flow. The moisture in the mixed materials is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones, and the dried materials that meet the product moisture standard are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 80-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 80 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for coco peat and wood fiber drying. The special anti-caking structure effectively solves the problem of material agglomeration and uneven drying easily caused by high-hygroscopicity coco peat. The anti-fiber-winding design completely avoids the material clogging problem of high-fiber wood fiber. The multi-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of mixed materials by more than 25% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 80-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large horticultural substrate and comprehensive wood processing enterprises.
