Product Introduction
This 200 tpd rotary dryer for forestry residue biomass drying is a professional super-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for large-scale forestry waste centralized treatment scenarios. It adopts a heavy-duty full anti-winding, anti-flying and high-wear-resistance structure adapted to the complex characteristics of mixed forestry residues (branches, barks, fallen leaves, leftover wood etc.), with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons of wet raw forestry residue biomass. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~70% to below 15% at one time, and the dried materials can be directly used for large-scale biomass power generation, industrial boiler fuel, high-density biomass pellet processing and other scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to support the large-scale and industrialized utilization of forestry residual biomass.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed super-large heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-power high-torque transmission system to rotate at a stable low speed. The wet mixed forestry residue biomass is fed into the inner cylinder, and the complex mixed materials of different textures and particle sizes are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in multi-type combined lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried biomass that meets the fuel moisture standard is stably output from the discharge port, completing the 200-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 200 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for large-scale forestry residue biomass drying. The super-large processing capacity perfectly matches the demand of large centralized forestry waste treatment bases, and the annual processing scale can reach more than 60,000 tons. The full anti-winding and anti-flying structure adapts to the complex composition of mixed forestry residues, and the material comprehensive yield is as high as 98%. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of biomass by more than 32% compared with ordinary single-cylinder large dryers. The heavy-duty structure has super long service life, and can support 24-hour uninterrupted stable operation for a long time.
