Product Introduction
This 110 tpd rotary dryer for high moisture tree bark drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for high-water-content bark centralized treatment scenarios. It adopts a special anti-adhesion, anti-winding and high-efficiency dehydration structure adapted to the characteristics of high moisture, high viscosity and easy agglomeration of fresh tree bark, with a daily processing capacity of 110 tons of wet raw bark. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 60%~75% to below 18% at one time, and the dried bark can be directly used for biomass fuel, garden covering mulch, organic fertilizer processing and other scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to realize the efficient dehydration and resource utilization of high-moisture fresh bark.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The high-moisture viscous fresh bark is fed into the inner cylinder, and the materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-adhesion and anti-winding crushing lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature large-flow hot air. The moisture in the bark is rapidly and efficiently evaporated through the multi-stage gradient high-temperature zones, and the dried bark that meets the subsequent processing standards is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 110-ton daily continuous high-efficiency dehydration process.
Core Features
This 110 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for high moisture tree bark drying. The special anti-adhesion structure completely solves the problem of material sticking to the cylinder wall and agglomeration easily caused by high-moisture fresh bark. The multi-cylinder high-efficiency dehydration structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of high-moisture bark by more than 28% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 110-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the fresh bark output rhythm of medium and large timber mills.
