Product Introduction
This 250 tpd rotary dryer for biomass pellet fuel pre-treatment is a super-large professional continuous drying equipment tailored for large-scale biomass pellet production lines. It adopts a heavy-duty full anti-winding, uniform constant-temperature drying structure adapted to the complex characteristics of mixed biomass raw materials, with a daily processing capacity of 250 tons of wet raw materials. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~70% to the optimal 8%~12% required for pellet pressing at one time, and the dried materials can be directly sent to the subsequent pellet mill, which is the core pre-treatment drying equipment to ensure the high forming rate and stable calorific value of large-output biomass pellets.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed super-large multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-power high-torque transmission system to rotate at a stable low speed. The wet mixed biomass raw materials are fed into the inner cylinder, and the materials of different textures and particle sizes are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in combined anti-winding lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the constant-temperature clean hot air flow. The moisture in the raw materials is evenly and efficiently evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried materials that meet the pellet pressing moisture standard are stably output from the discharge port, completing the 250-ton daily continuous pre-treatment drying process.

The super-large 250-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of 100,000-ton annual output large biomass pellet factories. The constant-temperature anti-moisture-return design ensures that the moisture of the finished material is stable and will not rebound before entering the pellet mill, which greatly improves the pellet forming rate. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system reduces the energy consumption per ton of raw materials by more than 35% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The heavy-duty structure supports 24-hour uninterrupted stable operation for a long time, and the full-enclosed operation meets strict environmental protection emission standards.
