Product Introduction
This 300 tpd rotary dryer for industrial sawdust dewatering is a super-large high-efficiency continuous drying equipment tailored for large-scale industrial sawdust centralized dewatering scenarios. It adopts a heavy-duty high-wear-resistance and high-throughput structure adapted to the characteristics of large output, high moisture and high yield requirements of industrial sawdust, with a daily processing capacity of 300 tons of wet industrial sawdust. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to the stable 8%~12% required for subsequent industrial processing at one time, and the dried sawdust can be directly used for large-scale biomass power generation, industrial boiler fuel, high-density biomass pellet processing and other scenarios. It is the core dewatering drying equipment to support the large-scale and low-cost treatment of industrial sawdust.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed super-large heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-power high-torque transmission system to rotate at a stable low speed. The wet industrial sawdust is fed into the inner cylinder, and the fine-grained sawdust materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in high-efficiency large-area lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the sawdust is efficiently and quickly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried sawdust that meets the industrial dewatering standard is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 300-ton daily continuous dewatering drying process.

The super-large 300-ton daily processing capacity is the leading level in the industry, which perfectly matches the sawdust output rhythm of super-large wood processing industrial parks. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of industrial sawdust by more than 38% compared with ordinary single-cylinder large dryers. The heavy-duty wear-resistant structure supports 24-hour uninterrupted stable operation for a long time, and the full-enclosed ultra-low dust operation meets the strict industrial environmental protection emission standards.
