Product Introduction
This 80 tpd rotary dryer for planer shavings thermal drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for planer shavings thermal drying scenarios. It adopts a special anti-flying and anti-winding structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture, easy winding and easy flying of planer shavings, with a daily processing capacity of 80 tons of wet raw planer shavings. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 45%~60% to below 12% at one time, and the dried finished planer shavings can be directly used for subsequent biomass fuel, high-density board, pet bedding processing and other high-value utilization scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to support the large-scale resource utilization of carpentry leftover planer shavings.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced three-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet planer shavings are fed into the inner cylinder, and are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-winding and anti-flying lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the planer shavings is rapidly evaporated under the action of uniform heat exchange, and the dried qualified planer shavings are stably discharged from the discharging end after the whole drying stroke, completing the 80-ton daily continuous thermal drying process.

This 80 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for planer shavings thermal drying. The special anti-winding and anti-flying structure effectively avoids the material winding and flying loss problems easily caused by light planer shavings, and the material yield is significantly improved. The three-cylinder insulation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of planer shavings by more than 25% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 80-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large wood processing plants. The fully enclosed operation has no dust overflow, which meets strict environmental protection emission standards.
