Product Introduction
This 50 tpd rotary dryer for leaf litter biomass pelletizing is a professional medium-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for leaf litter biomass pellet production scenarios. It adopts a special anti-flying and anti-moisture-return structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture, easy moisture absorption and easy flying of leaf litter, with a daily processing capacity of 50 tons of wet raw leaf litter. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to the optimal 8%~12% required for pellet pressing at one time, and the dried leaf litter can be directly sent to the subsequent pellet mill, which is the core pre-treatment drying equipment to ensure the forming rate and calorific value of leaf litter biomass pellets.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed lightweight sealed rotary cylinder is driven by a stable frequency-conversion transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet leaf litter is fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-flying lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flow. The moisture in the leaf litter is rapidly evaporated under the action of uniform heat exchange, and the dried leaf litter that meets the pellet pressing moisture standard is stably discharged from the discharging end after the whole drying stroke, completing the 50-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 50 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for leaf litter biomass pelletizing. The special anti-flying structure effectively avoids the flying loss of light leaf litter, and the material yield is significantly improved. The optimized heat exchange structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of leaf litter by more than 25% compared with ordinary models. The constant temperature and anti-moisture-return design ensures that the moisture of the finished material is stable and will not rebound before entering the pellet mill, which greatly improves the pellet forming rate. The equipment runs stably with low failure rate, and can support 24-hour continuous operation.
