Product Introduction
This 100 TPD rotary dryer for softwood chips thermal process is a professional targeted drying equipment tailored for softwood chips thermal processing scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature gentle drying structure adapted to the characteristics of low density and easy burning of softwood chips, with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons of raw wet softwood chips. It can stably reduce the moisture content of softwood chips from 45%~60% to below 12%, and the dried finished softwood chips can be directly used for subsequent thermal processing such as biomass fuel and wood-based panel production. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the quality of softwood chips thermal processing products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed multi-cylinder insulation cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet softwood chips are continuously fed into the inner cylinder, and are fully contacted with the low-temperature hot air flow under the action of the special anti-scattering lifting plate. The materials are dried step by step through the three-stage temperature control zones, and the moisture is rapidly and evenly evaporated. The dried softwood chips are stably output from the discharge port, and the tail gas is discharged after dust removal, completing the continuous and gentle thermal drying process.
