Product Introduction
The 120 TPD Dense Wood Shavings Rotary Dryer is a customized hot-air drying equipment designed for high-density compressed wood shavings. It can process 120 tons of wet wood shavings per day and is widely used in particleboard plants, biomass pellet production lines, and wood processing factories.
The dryer quickly reduces the moisture content of wood shavings to meet the requirements for board production and biomass fuel raw materials. It can be equipped with various heat sources, such as biomass hot air furnaces and natural gas furnaces, enabling 24-hour continuous operation.
Working Principle
Wet dense wood shavings are fed into the inclined rotary drum through a sealed feeding machine. The drum rotates at a constant speed, while the specially designed internal lifting flights continuously break up and scatter the compacted wood shavings.
High-temperature hot air fully contacts and exchanges heat with the wood shavings, rapidly evaporating the moisture. The dried product is discharged through the outlet, while dust-containing exhaust gas is purified by the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental standards.
The entire machine is equipped with PLC automatic temperature and material flow control to ensure stable drying performance.
