Product Introduction
The 130 TPD Fuel Briquette Wood Sawdust Rotary Dryer is specially designed for biomass briquette and fuel rod production. It can process 130 tons of wet sawdust raw materials per day and is used for dehydration and drying of sawdust before molding.
It is suitable for biomass fuel processing plants and can be equipped with sawdust hot air furnaces or gas-fired hot air furnaces to achieve 24-hour continuous production without interruption.
Working Principle
High-moisture sawdust is fed into the inclined drying drum through a sealed feeding device. The drum rotates at a constant speed, while multiple sets of internal lifting plates continuously lift, scatter, and disperse the sawdust.
High-temperature hot air fully contacts and exchanges heat with the sawdust, rapidly evaporating the moisture. The dried sawdust that meets the required standard is discharged through the outlet. Dust-containing exhaust gas is purified by the dust removal system before environmentally compliant discharge.
The entire machine is equipped with a PLC intelligent temperature control system for stable and efficient drying operation.
