1.Product Introduction
This heavy-duty 350 TPD Rotary Dryer is specifically designed for the large-scale pre-treatment of wood chips in paper mills. It continuously processes 350 tons of green wood chips daily, reducing moisture to a uniform level to optimize downstream pulping quality, chemical penetration, or biomass boiler efficiency.
2.Application

Uniform Penetration Drying: Features robust internal lifting flights that vigorously cascade large wood chips, ensuring heat deeply penetrates to the core of each chip without scorching the surface.
Eco-Friendly & Cost-Efficient: Engineered to seamlessly integrate with a paper mill's existing waste heat or steam systems, drastically lowering thermal energy costs and emissions.
3.Working Principle
Wet wood chips enter the massive rotating drum, where specialized internal plates continuously lift and shower them through a co-current hot air stream. As the drum rotates at a slight incline, the chips move forward, rapidly transferring heat with the air to evaporate both surface and core moisture. The uniformly dried wood chips are then discharged at the outlet, while a high-efficiency cyclone collector separates the product from the moisture-laden exhaust air.
