1. Product Introduction
This equipment is a rotary dryer specially designed for poultry bedding wood shavings. It has a daily processing capacity of 100 tons and can reduce the moisture content of wet wood shavings from 35%-55% to the qualified standard of 8%-12%.
It is suitable for various poultry bedding production applications and can process wood shavings of different sizes and materials.

Designed according to the characteristics of lightweight and easily floating wood shavings, the lifting flight structure and drum speed are optimized to reduce material loss. The dryer body is made of wear-resistant steel and equipped with an anti-sticking coating, extending equipment service life and reducing failures.

The intelligent temperature control system can adjust temperature and drum speed according to different wood shaving drying requirements. The modular structure allows easy disassembly and cleaning, simplifying daily maintenance and reducing operation costs.
3. Working Principle
The dryer consists of a rotary drum, feeding and discharging devices, heat source system, transmission system, and exhaust gas purification system.
Wet wood shavings are fed into the rotating drum through the feeding device. The internal lifting flights lift and scatter the material, forming a material curtain that exchanges heat with the hot air flow in a counter-current direction, rapidly removing moisture.
The dried wood shavings are discharged through the outlet, while moisture-containing exhaust gas is purified before being discharged according to environmental standards, completing the drying process.
