1. Product Introduction
This machine is a specialized rotary dryer designed for bamboo pulp processing plants. It has a rated processing capacity of 160 tons per day and is mainly used for the dehydration and drying of bamboo-based industrial waste materials such as bamboo chips, bamboo residues, and pulping by-products.
It can reduce the moisture content of high-moisture industrial bamboo waste to the standard level required for recycling, biomass pellet production, and fuel combustion. The equipment effectively solves problems such as high moisture, mold growth, and difficulty in direct reuse of bamboo pulp waste, making it a core equipment for solid waste resource utilization in bamboo pulp enterprises.

According to the characteristics of bamboo materials, including high hardness, coarse fibers, and strong abrasion resistance, the dryer drum body and lifting flights are made of thickened wear-resistant materials, providing excellent impact resistance and abrasion resistance while greatly reducing equipment wear and maintenance frequency.
3. Uniform Drying Without Moisture Residue
The dryer adopts a large-stroke lifting and scattering structure to solve problems such as fiber entanglement and material clumping. The bamboo waste is heated evenly with a small moisture variation, ensuring stable quality for subsequent recycling applications.
4. Industrial Energy Saving & Low Consumption
The equipment can utilize industrial heat sources such as factory waste heat and flue gas waste heat, achieving high thermal efficiency and significantly reducing drying energy consumption. A closed dust removal system is equipped to meet environmental emission standards for industrial workshops.
3. Working Principle
Wet bamboo pulp waste is evenly fed into the rotating drum. As the drum rotates, specially designed lifting flights continuously lift, disperse, and scatter the bamboo materials, preventing fiber entanglement and clumping.
High-temperature hot air fully exchanges heat with the material through convection, rapidly removing internal moisture and achieving continuous dehydration.
The dried bamboo waste is automatically discharged and can be directly used for biomass fuel production or pelletizing reuse. Dust and exhaust gas generated during drying are treated by the dust removal and purification system before being discharged according to environmental standards, achieving harmless treatment and resource recycling of factory waste in a closed-loop process
