1. Product Introduction
This equipment is a rotary dryer specially designed for bark drying in mulch production plants. It has a rated processing capacity of 140 tons per day and can reduce the moisture content of high-moisture bark raw materials to the qualified moisture level required for bark mulch production.
It is a key piece of equipment for bark raw material pretreatment in mulch factories, suitable for various bark mulch production projects and different forms of bark materials.

3. Working Principle
The dryer consists of a rotary drum, feeding and discharging devices, heat source system, transmission system, and dust removal system.
During operation, wet bark is fed into the rotating drum. The internal lifting flights evenly lift and scatter the bark, forming a material curtain that fully contacts and exchanges heat with the hot air. This rapidly removes moisture from the bark.
The qualified dried bark is discharged through the outlet, while moisture-containing exhaust gas is purified through the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental standards, completing the bark drying process.
