1.Product Introduction
This heavy-duty 130 TPD Rotary Dryer is engineered to process raw, high-moisture tree bark into high-quality biomass fuel for industrial boilers. It continuously dries 130 tons of bark per day, lowering moisture content to drastically increase the material's net calorific value and ensure clean, stable combustion.
2.Application
Anti-Clogging Design: Specifically built with robust internal flights to handle the irregular shapes, fibrous texture, and stringy nature of tree bark without clogging.
Maximizes Boiler Efficiency: Dropping the bark's moisture content prevents boiler flame instability, reduces white smoke emissions, and significantly slashes fuel consumption.
Waste Heat Compatible: Highly adaptable system that can utilize a boiler's own flue gas or waste steam as the heating source, minimizing operational costs.
3.Working Principle
Wet bark is fed into the inclined, heavy-duty rotating drum, where specialized internal plates continuously lift and cascade the material. A stream of hot air (or recycled boiler flue gas) passes through the cylinder, rapidly evaporating moisture from the tumbling bark. Driven by gravity and the induced airflow, the dried bark moves smoothly to the discharge end, where a cyclone system separates the premium fuel from the humid exhaust air.
