1. Product Introduction
The 65 TPD Leaf Pellet Fuel Rotary Dryer is a specialized drying machine designed for biomass leaf fuel processing. It is mainly used for drying various raw materials such as waste leaves and crushed branches, reducing the moisture content of high-moisture natural leaves to the standard moisture level required for pelletizing and molding.
It is suitable for the production requirements of small and medium-sized biomass fuel plants and serves as a key supporting equipment for leaf resource recycling and ecological fuel pellet production.

3. Working Principle
The equipment performs continuous drying through a rotating drum structure. Wet leaf materials are evenly fed into the drum, and as the drum continuously rotates, internal lifting flights repeatedly lift and scatter the materials, forming a uniform and loose material layer.
The hot air flow fully mixes and exchanges heat with the material, rapidly removing excess moisture from the leaves. The dried leaf materials that meet the required moisture standard are directly conveyed to the pelletizing process.
Dust-containing exhaust gas generated during operation is treated by a dedicated purification system before being discharged according to environmental standards. The entire process features automatic closed-loop operation, high efficiency, and clean production.
