Product Introduction
The 35 TPD Crushed Leaves Rotary Dryer is specially designed for drying crushed leaves and garden fallen leaves. It can process 35 tons of wet leaf materials per day and is widely used in organic fertilizer plants, biomass fuel processing, and garden waste recycling projects.
Through thermal drying treatment, the equipment reduces the moisture content of leaves, making them suitable for subsequent processes such as fermentation, fuel production, and briquetting. It can be equipped with biomass hot air furnaces or gas-fired hot air furnaces for continuous and stable production.
Working Principle
Wet crushed leaves are fed into the inclined rotary drum through a sealed feeding device. The drum rotates at a low speed, while the internal layered lifting blades continuously turn over and disperse the lightweight leaf materials.
High-temperature hot air fully contacts the material, rapidly evaporating the moisture inside the leaves. The dried leaves are discharged from the outlet end, and dust-containing exhaust gas is purified through the dust removal system before being discharged in compliance with environmental standards.
The entire machine is equipped with a PLC intelligent temperature control system for precise and stable drying operation.
