1.Product Introduction
This 90 TPD Rotary Dryer is specifically engineered to process raw wood shavings into premium, hygienic animal bedding. It continuously dries 90 tons of shavings per day, precisely lowering moisture levels to maximize absorbency while effectively sterilizing the material for livestock and equine use.
2.Application
Hygienic & High Absorbency: Rapidly removes moisture to boost liquid absorption, while the high-temperature process eliminates bacteria, mold, and pathogens.
Fluffy & Dust-Free Results: Uses a gentle, controlled airflow system that preserves the fluffy texture and structure of the shavings while minimizing fine dust generation.
Anti-Caking Operation: Equipped with specialized internal lifting flights that prevent lightweight shavings from clumping, ensuring $100\%$ uniform drying.
3.Working Principle
Wet wood shavings enter the rotating drum, where customized internal plates continuously lift and cascade them through a clean, hot air stream. As the drum rotates, the fluffy shavings advance via a co-current airflow, rapidly transferring heat to evaporate moisture. Once dried to the optimum level, the lightweight shavings are discharged and smoothly separated from the humid exhaust air by a high-efficiency cyclone collector.
