It continuously processes 500 tons of wet sawdust daily, rapidly lowering moisture levels to optimize combustion efficiency and maximize the boiler's caloric output.

3.Working Principle

Wet sawdust is fed into the massive rotating cylinder, where a specialized internal flight configuration continuously lifts and cascades the material. A high-velocity hot air stream (or recycled flue gas) passes through the drum, rapidly evaporating moisture from the suspended sawdust particles. Driven by the drum's slope and induced draft air, the dried sawdust moves to the discharge end, where it is separated from the exhaust steam via a high-efficiency cyclone system and sent directly to the power plant's fuel supply line.
