Product Introduction
The 110 TPD Coconut Coir Substrate Rotary Dryer is specially designed for drying coconut coir and seedling cultivation substrate materials. It can process 110 tons of wet coconut coir raw materials per day and is widely used in seedling nurseries, horticultural substrate processing plants, and flower nutrient soil production lines.
By hot-air drying, the equipment reduces the moisture content of coconut coir, making it convenient for screening, bagging, and storage. It can be equipped with biomass hot air furnaces or gas-fired hot air furnaces for continuous all-day production.
Working Principle
High-moisture and agglomerated coconut coir is fed into the inclined rotary drum through a sealed feeding device. The drum rotates slowly, while specially designed dispersing lifting flights continuously turn over and separate the sticky coconut coir materials.
High-temperature hot air penetrates through the material layer and rapidly removes moisture. The dried coconut coir is discharged from the outlet end. Fiber-containing dust exhaust gas is purified through the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental standards.
The entire machine is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system to automatically regulate drying temperature and drum rotation speed.
