Product Introduction
The 75 TPD Bamboo Charcoal Raw Material Rotary Dryer is specially designed for drying raw materials such as bamboo chips and bamboo pieces before bamboo charcoal production. It can process 75 tons of wet bamboo materials per day and is widely used in bamboo charcoal processing plants and biomass carbonization production lines.
By reducing the moisture content of raw materials through hot-air drying, the equipment ensures the quality of subsequent carbonization products. It can be equipped with biomass hot air furnaces or natural gas hot air furnaces to achieve 24-hour continuous operation.
Working Principle
High-moisture bamboo materials are fed into the inclined drying drum through a sealed feeding device. The drum rotates at a constant speed, while specially designed internal lifting flights continuously lift, scatter, and disperse the bamboo materials.
High-temperature hot air fully exchanges heat with the bamboo materials, rapidly evaporating the internal moisture. The dried qualified bamboo materials are discharged from the outlet end, while dust-containing exhaust gas is purified through the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental standards.
The entire machine is equipped with a PLC intelligent temperature and speed control system to ensure stable and efficient drying performance.
