1. Product Introduction
This equipment is a rotary dryer specially designed for wood chip drying in heating stations. It has a rated processing capacity of 450 tons per day and can reduce the moisture content of wet wood chips from 40%-60% to the standard operating moisture content of 15%-20%.
It is a core piece of equipment for biomass fuel pretreatment in heating stations, suitable for various biomass heating projects and different specifications of wood chip raw materials.

3. Working Principle
The dryer consists of a rotary drum, feeding and discharging devices, heat source system, transmission system, and dust removal system.
During operation, wet wood chips are fed into the rotating drum. The internal lifting flights continuously lift and scatter the wood chips, forming a material curtain. The hot air from the heating station exchanges heat with the wood chips, rapidly removing moisture.
The dried wood chips are discharged through the outlet, while moisture-containing exhaust gas is purified by the dust removal system before being discharged according to environmental standards, completing the drying process.
