Low-cost economic clamp. Japanese NBK pneumatic normally open type rail lock MKL-2001-AS1. Product description:

Installation steps:
1. Install the clamp on the rail in the released clamping state. For the normally closed type, perform about 10 opening and closing operations with the spacer inserted at the factory, and then install the rail.
2. Temporarily fasten the rail clamp and auxiliary gasket (if needed) to the object such as the slide table to be used. Please use screws with a strength grade of 8.8 or higher to ensure that the engagement length is more than the nominal diameter of the thread × 0.9.
3. After repeating the clamping/releasing clamping action of the rail about 10 times, keep it in the clamping state.
4. Fasten the mounting screws with the specified tightening torque in the state of clamping the rail.
5. For products with a sealing ring, fasten the sealing ring fixing bolt in the temporarily fastened state.
6. Confirm that the rail clamp does not interfere with the shield base, etc.
